LEADERSHIP ADVANCE
Date/Time: Friday, August 24th (6pm - 8:30pm) and
Saturday 25th (9am - noon)
Location: Fellowship Hall at Neighborhood Church
We want to resource, equip and encourage leaders in our midst, and this event kicks off a number of different leadership development opportunities here at Neighborhood Church. If you recognize that you are a leader in any capacity, (in the church, in your home, in your neighborhood, in your workplace, etc) this event is aimed at you.
Friday evening we will spend time eating dinner together and focusing on worship, prayer and a bit of training.
Saturday morning will be a specific training on the SDI material (Strengths Deployment Inventory).
The cost of this event is $25 per person, but if you have already taken the SDI online assessment and have access to your results, there is no charge for this event.
The SDI online assessment requires an email address for us to send you a link to take the assessment. Prior to the event an email will be sent to you linking you to the SDI website and your login. We will reveal and explain the results to you at the event. This training is eye opening, fun and filled with interaction and discovering how God created you and what motivates you. There are no better or worse results to this test, and understanding this material helps you communicate better with others and value the differences between us. This is the same basic material we have used in the Soulmates seminars for couples in the past year.
We are offering childcare for this event, so if you are in need of childcare, please check the box and let us know how many children you will be bringing with their ages.
