These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of tickets for O Favored One, a musical presented by the Northern California Kingdom Arts Collective (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms.

1. Ticket Purchase & Agreement

• When you purchase a ticket, you are entering into an agreement with the Northern California Kingdom Arts Collective.
• Tickets may be purchased online through our official website or at designated outlets.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

2. Refunds & Exchanges

• All ticket sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including missed performances.
• If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to gift or transfer your ticket to someone who can.

3. Event Changes & Cancellations

• We reserve the right to make changes to the performance schedule, cast, or venue as necessary.
• In the unlikely event that a performance is canceled, you will be notified and provided with options for rescheduling or receiving a refund.

4. Ticket Use & Entry

• Each ticket grants entry for one person to the performance listed on the ticket.
• Tickets may be presented digitally or in print for entry.
• Tickets are transferable but may not be resold for profit (“scalping”).
• Reserved Seating: If your ticket specifies a seat number, you must sit in your assigned seat.
• General Admission Areas: If your ticket is for a general seating section (such as the balcony), seating is first-come, first-served within that section.

5. Audience Code of Conduct

• We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee who is disruptive, intoxicated, or otherwise negatively impacts the experience of others.
• No outside food or drink is permitted.
• Photography, video recording, or audio recording of the performance is prohibited unless otherwise stated.

6. Accessibility & Accommodations

• Wheelchair-accessible seating is available at all performances.
• One performance will include accommodations for the hearing impaired.
• If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance so we can assist.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Attendance at live performances involves inherent risks. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks related to attendance, including potential exposure to illness or injury.
• The Northern California Kingdom Arts Collective is not responsible for travel, lodging, or any expenses beyond the ticket price.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content of the musical, including songs, script, images, and promotional materials, is the property of Andrew Burchett or licensors.
• Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy

• We collect and use your personal information only for the purpose of processing your ticket order and communicating with you about the event.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of California courts.
